Pawlenty: Exactly What’s Wrong With the GOP

Pawlenty apparently supports an increase in the minimum wage. He is either utterly clueless of basic economics and economic history or he is trying to gain support for another presidential run at the expense of the GOP’s longevity and the health of the nation’s economy.

If it is the former, perhaps he can start with answering my question of why a supposedly greedy business owner will decide to consume less to pay for an increased minimum wage rather than just let the worker go/increase prices?

If it’s the latter, I explain here why the GOP’s campaign strategy of reaching out to moderates is a long term suicide pact for a party that supposedly stands for limited government.

Either way, it’s exactly what’s wrong with the GOP.
